About Us

The Obion County Industrial Development Corporation (OCIDC) is an IRS recognized 501(c)6 Corporation which was formed in 1989.  The OCIDC is responsible for:

• Creating new capital investments within the community

• Creating tax base diversification

• Developing new employment opportunities for the local citizenry

• Developing an active "existing industries" program

• Developing and Implementing a strong marketing campaign to attract new outside capital investment to the community
