Troy Industrial Park

The city of Troy offers parcels within its municipal industrial park, located on U.S. 51. The park, developed by the city during the 1990's, is seeing steady demand for sites. Today only one 10-acre level parcel remains for sale, although the city is currently in the process of acquiring additional adjoining acreage for future growth. The park is home to several local/regional companies housed in buildings ranging up to 50,000 sq. ft. Within the park there is a municipally owned "spec" building available for sale or long-term lease. This facility has a total of 10,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing / warehouse space and 1,200 sq. ft. of finished office area. It provides a clearance of 24' at the eave, 6" reinforced concrete floor, one dock door, and one drive through door. The facility is complete and is available for immediate occupancy.
