UNION CITY, TN--- During a press conference on Tuesday, approximately twenty business and community leaders and elected officials joined Darius and Susan Mir, Iranian immigrants and local business owners of Made In America Seating, a seating manufacturing company based in Union City, Tennessee, to hear his personal story and call for comprehensive immigration reform.

Governor Haslam and Commissioner Boyd announce William's Sausage compan inc. to expand in Union City
UNION CITY, Tenn. - Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd and Mlliams Sausage Company, Inc officials announced today that the longtime Tennessee food manufacturer will build a second plant in Union City. The expansion will create 226 newjobs in Obion County over the next five years.
